AudioStation is equipped with everything needed to fully exploit the features of VST instruments and effects, hence to use them with the same ease and feeling as dedicated real devices and instruments.
On the stage, a practical remote controller - an integral component of the device and featured with the same feeling as a mixer - allows to instantly recall channels patches and scenes of the whole console, to adjust volumes, tones, effects, monitoring, but also VST parameters and external devices, to activate playback, recording and much more, without need for any display, keyboard nor mouse.
Each musician can take advantage of extended MIDI functions to easily configure his own master keyboard, foot pedals or MIDI controller, to autonomously adjust in real-time VST parameters and to recall his own settings.
Thanks to its compact form factor, AudioStation can be comfortably transported anywhere, in only two 19 inches rack units.

Com'è nata l'idea di AudioStation?
Ogni musicista ha bisogno di una moltitudine di sonorità attraverso le quali esprimere emozioni, sensazioni e stati d’animo.
Questo fa sìi che chitarristi e bassisti ricorrano a uno o più strumenti e amplificatori e a decine di stomp effect. Allo stesso modo i tastieristi si circondano di sintetizzatori, expanders e pesantissimi organi e pianoforti, difficili da trasportare. Anche i batteristi sono molto esigenti e molti di loro utilizzano più di un rullante e arricchiscono i loro setup con pad elettronici o trigger che attivano suoni campionati. Per non parlare poi di chi, per ottenere particolari sonorità, è disposto a spendere qualunque cifra per acquistare ricercatissimi strumenti vintage.
Per miscelare ed elaborare i differenti segnali, solisti e bands sono quindi costretti a ricorrere a un mixer più o meno esteso e varie unità di effetti. Tutto questo rende i setup assai complessi, difficili da controllare, costosi e tutt’altro che pratici da trasportare.
Così ogni musicista sogna per sé un dispositivo pratico, semplice, versatile e sufficientemente leggero da poter essere trasportato facilmente ovunque, con il quale soddisfare il proprio bisogno di suoni ed effetti. Da qui è nata l'idea di realizzare AudioStation: un apparecchio dedicato, fornito di tutte le dotazioni necessarie a renderlo estremamente versatile per essere utilizzato da qualsiasi musicista, nel quale hardware e software si integrano e interagiscono in modo ottimale garantendo elevate prestazioni, affidabilità, praticità, facilità d’uso e trasportabilità.
La realizzazione di AudioStation ha richiesto oltre tre anni di lavoro di progettazione e un lungo periodo di scrupolosissimi tests, grazie ai quali è stato possibile raggiungere un elevato livello di affidabilità e la reale compatibilità con ogni plug-in VST.
How was the idea of AudioStation born?
Every musician needs plenty of sounds through which to express emotions, feelings and moods.
This forces bass-players and guitarists to use one or more instruments, amplifiers and about ten stomp effects. Equally keyboardists are surrounded by synthesizers, expanders and heavy organs and pianos, not easy to transport. Drummers too are very demanding: many of them normally use more than one snare and they charge their setups with electronic pads or triggers that drive samples. Least but not last those that spend big bucks to purchase sought vintage instruments, in order to get particular sounds.
To mix and elaborate different signals, soloists and bands are therefore forced to use a wide mixer and several effect units: hence the setups grow very complex, very difficult to control, very expensive and not practical to be transported.
Really every musician dreams for himself a practical device, simple, versatile and light enough to be easily transported anywhere, with which to satisfy his need of sounds and effects.
Thus the idea to create AudioStation was born: a highly dedicated device, complete with all the necessary equipment to make it extremely versatile to be used by any musician, in which hardware and software are strictly integrated and interact in optimal way guaranteeing elevated performances, reliability, practicality, ease of use and portability.
The realization of AudioStation has required over three years of planning and a long period of scrupulous tests, thanks of which has been possible to reach a high level of reliability and a real compatibility with every VST plug-in.

Jeder Musiker benötigt eine Vielzahl verschiedener Klänge, um Emotionen, Gefühle und Stimmungen auszudrücken.
Das zwingt Bassisten und Gitarristen, mehrere Instrumente, Verstärker und eine Vielzahl von Bodentretern zu verwenden. Ebenso sind Keyboarder von Synthesizern, Expandern sowie schweren Orgeln und Klavieren umgeben, die nicht leicht zu transportieren sind. Auch Drummer sind anspruchsvoll; viele verwenden mehr als eine Snare und erweitern ihr Setup mit elektronischen Pads oder Sample-Triggern. Dazu kommen noch die Musiker, die jeden Betrag ausgeben, um gesuchte Vintage-Instrumente zu kaufen.
Um verschiedene Signale zu mischen und zu verarbeiten, sind Solokünstler und Bands daher gezwungen, auf eine große Zahl von Mixern und Effektgeräten zurückzugreifen. Das macht die Setups sehr komplex, sehr schwer zu beherrschen, sehr teuer und unpraktisch zu transportieren.

Daher kam die Idee zur Realisierung der AudioStation: ein einziges Gerät, komplett mit der notwendigen Ausstattung, die es für jeden Musiker extrem vielseitig verwendbar macht, in dem Hardware und Software in optimaler Weise integriert sind, um großartige Performances, Verlässlichkeit, leichte Verwendbarkeit und Transportfähigkeit zu ermöglichen.
Die Realisierung der AudioStation erforderte über drei Jahre an Planung und eine lange Phase eingehender Tests, dank derer eine hohe Verlässlichkeit und Kompatibilität mit nahezu jedem PlugIn erreicht werden konnte.
